How Web-Yes collects, uses, shares and protects information from website visitors.

This policy applies to web-yes.com, enquiry forms and website chat. By submitting information, a user acknowledges this policy. Optional Meta analytics is activated only after separate consent.
Information processed
Name, contact details, project description, calculator answers, chat messages and correspondence history. IP address and browser information may be used briefly for security and abuse prevention.
Purposes
Responding to enquiries, preparing an estimate or proposal, performing agreed services, operating the chat, maintaining business correspondence, securing the website and preventing abuse.
Legal grounds
Steps requested before a contract, contract performance, separate consent and legitimate security interests, to the extent each ground is available under mandatory applicable rules.
Storage
Enquiries and correspondence are stored in Cloudflare D1 and a private Telegram group only for as long as needed to respond, work on a project, resolve disputes and meet mandatory obligations. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required.
Recipients and services
Cloudflare and Telegram support the website and communications. They may process information on their infrastructure and in other countries under their own terms. Access is limited to the provider and authorised project participants.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Meta analytics runs only after consent. A consented Lead event may include the page URL, IP address, browser information, Meta identifiers and a hashed email address when the contact is a valid email. Arbitrary contact strings and message text are not sent to Meta.
Cookies and choice
Necessary data supports operation and security. Optional Meta analytics can be accepted or rejected in the notice. A previous choice can be withdrawn by clearing the website cookie preference in the browser and reopening the site.
User rights
A user may request information, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of their data and may withdraw consent. The exact scope depends on mandatory applicable law. Requests should be sent to [email protected].
Security
Access controls, environment secrets, Telegram webhook verification, request rate limits and encrypted transport are used. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
